Job Description
We're seeking a Director of Conversion Rate Optimization to lead our experimentation program, own the landing pages in Webflow, and use AI, Tableau, and Hotjar to improve conversion rates. The role requires a strong understanding of Webflow, VWO, and AI, with the ability to build and run A/B tests, analyze results, and document methodology standards.
Requirements
- Experience with Webflow and VWO
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in experimentation
- Statistical sharpness and ability to analyze results
- Ability to work independently and ship fast
- Experience with Tableau and Hotjar
