Requirements

• Previous telesales, customer service or sales experience
• Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills
• Confident in using IT systems, CRM and Microsoft Office applications
• Target-driven with a proactive, resilient approach to achieving sales and service goals
• Good organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a busy branch environment
