Requirements
- Previous telesales, customer service or sales experience
- Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication skills
- Confident in using IT systems, CRM and Microsoft Office applications
- Target-driven with a proactive, resilient approach to achieving sales and service goals
- Good organisational skills, able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a busy branch environment
