Telesales

Lawsons is recruiting a Telesales colleague to join their Whetstone branch. The successful candidate will be confident, target-driven and able to deliver excellent service while accurately processing orders and enquiries.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience in telesales working at a builder merchants.
• A current ledger that can be transferred with you.
• Confident and clear telephone manner with excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Target-driven and resilient with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in Telesales to be able to turn over £100k per month in Sales.
• Good planning and organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
• IT literate with experience of CRM systems, order processing platforms or Microsoft Office applications.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to confidently discuss product ranges and pricing with customers.
• Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues across the branch to achieve shared goals.
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
