Telesales

Lawsons is recruiting a Telesales colleague to join its Whetstone branch. The role involves generating sales, nurturing relationships with trade and retail customers over the phone, and supporting branch targets.

Requirements

• Proven extensive experience in telesales working at a builder merchants
• Current ledger that can be transferred with you
• Confident and clear telephone manner with excellent communication and active listening skills
• Target-driven and resilient with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Previous experience in Telesales to be able to turn over £100k per month in Sales
• Good planning and organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
• IT literate with experience of CRM systems, order processing platforms or Microsoft Office applications
• Commercial awareness and the ability to confidently discuss product ranges and pricing with customers
• Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues across the branch to achieve shared goals
• Committed to delivering excellent customer service and continuous improvement
