Telesales

Lawsons is recruiting for a Telesales position based at their Acton branch. The successful candidate will generate sales and provide outstanding customer service via telephone and digital channels.

Requirements

• Previous telesales, inside sales or customer service experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working to KPI metrics
• Excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Confident negotiator with good commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and experience of CRM systems
• Ability to work well within a team and manage time effectively in a busy environment
