We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for our high end client, delivering a contemporary and diverse European bistro menu. The client is looking for applicants with a strong Sous Chef background and leadership skills.

Requirements

• 1 year's minimum experience in a similar job
• Leadership skills
• Ability to manage fresh produce and spec and stock control
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety law
• Ability to work on own leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef
