Job Description
The Campus Safety Supervisor patrols and monitors campus activities to assure the well-being and safety of students and staff at assigned locations on school grounds, enforces school and organizational rules and procedures, and responds to emergency situations.
Requirements
- Patrol and monitor campus activities to assure the well-being and safety of students, staff, and visitors as directed
- Check in and escort students, staff, visitors according to school and organizational rules, regulations, and procedures
- Supervise students during passing periods, during lunch, after school, and as directed
- Enforce school and organizational rules, regulations, and procedures
- Investigate and report unusual suspicious, or criminal activities
- Respond to emergency situations
- Monitor and report unusual behavior or incidents
- Develop positive relationships with school community that are aligned with LPS’ culture and values
- Support the school’s detention, tardy and attendance systems
- Support the staff with disciplinary issues
- Perform related duties as assigned
