DSAR & Legal Ops Specialist

Leadfeeder is seeking a DSAR & Legal Ops Specialist to support data subject rights operations and build smarter legal processes. The role involves handling DSARs, deletion requests, and data access queries, improving workflows, and implementing AI and automation tools. The ideal candidate has experience in legal, data quality, or process automation and is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in GDPR and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Own end-to-end handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), deletion requests, and data access queries in line with GDPR and applicable regulations.
• Maintain and continuously improve our DSAR intake, processing, and response workflows, reducing manual effort through automation where possible.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and automation tools to increase accuracy, speed, and consistency across legal ops processes.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR, to fulfil data requests and support cross-functional compliance.
• Support the General Counsel with ad hoc legal operations tasks as needed.
