Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales with explainable services, ideally in the software-as-a-service area
- Developed skills in benefit argumentation, active need determination, objection handling and goal-oriented conversation guidance on the phone
- High professionalism in contact with demanding target groups
- Very good self-organization, reliable work attitude, performance mindset and experience with modern CRM systems
- Independent, binding personality who can adapt well to different conversation partners and enjoys working in a dynamic, success-oriented team
