Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales with explainer services, ideally in the software-as-a-service area
- Clear successes in outbound sales
- Well-developed skills in benefit argumentation, active need determination, objection handling and goal-oriented conversation leadership by phone
- High professionalism in contact with demanding target groups, quick comprehension and pleasure in clearly and precisely conveying complex topics
- Very good self-organization, reliable working method, performance mindset and experience in working with modern CRM systems
- Independent and binding personality, which can easily adapt to various conversation partners and enjoys working in a dynamic, goal-oriented team
