We are looking for a Candidate for the position of Customer Quality Engineer to collaborate with clients on quality aspects, manage customer complaints, and improve organizational processes.
Requirements
- Experience in the quality area and work with customers
- Experience in the automotive industry - at least 2 years
- Knowledge of English, a second foreign language is welcome
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of quality methods, system, and tools
- Knowledge: Core Tools, customer requirements, CQI
- Very good knowledge of the Office package
- Leadership and high-developed interpersonal skills
- Insight, accuracy, and audit skills
- Availability and willingness to travel on business trips (about 10% of working time per year)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 19011
- Knowledge of the SAP system will be an additional asset
