Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team at Lear Selma. As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of maintenance materials and services.
Requirements
- Review maintenance requests and determine scope of work
- Prepare job plans including labor, materials, tools, and time estimates
- Prioritize work orders based on urgency, safety, and production impact
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to schedule work during planned downtime
- Ensure necessary parts, tools, and equipment are available before work begins
- Track supplier shipments, documentation, and inventory entries
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and update CMMS systems
- Analyze daily maintenance KPIs such as downtime and availability to develop action plans
- Generate MVP Work Orders based on identified needs
- Promote and maintain 5S standards in all work areas
