Job Description
The 4K Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing children based on their needs and program requirements, creating engaging and effective learning experiences that prepare children for kindergarten.
Requirements
- Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum aligned with school district guidelines and Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards
- Provide a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom where every child can thrive and feel a sense of belonging
- Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly to support each child's development
- Ensure adherence to all licensing and program requirements, including documentation, assessments, and ongoing quality improvement
