Job Description
The 4K Lead Teacher is responsible for planning, assessing, and instructing based on child needs and program requirements. As a Lead Teacher, you will design engaging curriculum, create effective learning experiences, and build strong relationships with families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education
- DPI certification (ECE license or Elementary Ed license with pre-K or K endorsement)
- Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans
- Familiarity with WI licensing and classroom best practices
