Power Lineman Transmission & Distribution - Journeyman/Apprentice

We are seeking a Journeyman or Apprentice Power Lineman to support the construction, installation, and maintenance of overhead and underground power systems on a notable project just outside Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Requirements

• Journeyman Powerline Technician or registered/aspiring apprentice
• 1–3 years of powerline construction experience or relevant technical training
• Ability to work at heights, including climbing poles and lattice towers, and working from bucket trucks or lifts
• Knowledge of line construction methods, tools, and safety procedures
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 1 or 3 preferred) with clear 3-year driver’s abstract
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong teamwork, communication, and safety focus
