Job Description
The Vice President of Human Resources will drive the strategic vision for the organization's people functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of excellence and engagement. The role is instrumental in aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals and developing innovative HR strategies that attract, retain, and empower top talent.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of ten years of progressive HR leadership experience
- At least five years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience in managing recruitment functions and supporting substantial organizational growth
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service and communication
- Exceptional leadership abilities, including conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering teamwork
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, OSHA standards, and state/federal regulations
- Proficiency in HR tools, including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and learning platforms
