Barback/Busser

The Food Hall Co. is seeking skilled barbacks to join their team. As a vital support position, barbacks assist bartenders and ensure the smooth operation of the shift, providing a home for chefs, restaurateurs, mixologists, brewers, and entertainers.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of restaurant and bar experience
• Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
• Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
• Maintain current Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire)
• Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding alcohol sales and service
