Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to be responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community, with a focus on fix-it tasks, apartment turnover, and preventative care.
Requirements
- Fix appliances, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry issues.
- Prepare units for new residents with cleaning and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
