Job Description
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for the overall and day-to-day maintenance of the apartment community, including maintenance and repairs, apartment turnover, preventative care, cleaning and grounds, on-call and safety, and teamwork and standards.
Requirements
- Prior residential maintenance experience
- Availability for on-call emergencies
- Monday through Friday schedule
