The Talent Acquisition Manager UK and Europe will be responsible for supporting the UK & Europe business divisions, managing the recruitment team, and developing innovative strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements

• Full lifecycle Talent Acquisition experience
• Management/leadership of TA Recruiters
• Experience with full lifecycle recruitment using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Significant direct recruitment experience across all levels
• Security clearance
• Experience working with multiple executive stakeholders
• Ability to identify process improvements and make sound recommendations
