The role involves defining credit policy, underwriting strategy, and risk scoring, as well as driving growth while balancing risk. The ideal candidate has experience in secured lending credit risk, risk scoring, and pricing, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end secured lending process and regulatory requirements.

• Own the IRR/NPV/cashflow models
• Design automated decisioning logic
• Help shape funding strategy
