Job Description
Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance operations for a US Healthcare account. The ideal candidate has strong auditing expertise, people management experience, and deep knowledge of US healthcare processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a BPO setting
- Proven experience handling US Healthcare accounts
- Strong background in auditing, compliance, and people management
- In-depth knowledge of US healthcare processes, regulations, and HIPAA standards
- Experience managing large QA teams and driving performance improvements
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
