Leslie's Pool Supplies is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to support the development and execution of employee relations strategies aligned with Leslie's culture, values, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and management to address workplace issues, complaints, or grievances.
- Provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, discipline, and workplace disputes.
- Ensure that all employee relations practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations
- Support managers in developing and implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) and other corrective actions.
- Lead and manage investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, harassment, or discrimination allegations, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
- Analyze employee surveys, feedback, and exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement.
