Operational Manager responsible for overseeing company processes, managing departments, and executing strategies to meet company goals. The role requires excellent customer service, administration experience, and proficiency in Microsoft suite. A face-to-face office-based role with a flexible 38-hour week.

• Administration experience
• Simpro (Well regarded but not essential)
• Experience with leading people
• Proficiency in Computer general Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Use of software to assist in operation management and reporting
