Job Description
As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll own your route and be on the front lines of our retail expansion. This is a high-velocity, high-impact role for someone who wants to close deals, move product, and dominate shelf space.
Requirements
- Relentless drive to win

- Experience in DSD, route, or field selling in beverage, CPG, energy, or tobacco
- Track record of high-volume door acquisition and territory growth
- Ability to read the scoreboard and move it
- Strong communicator who builds relationships and earns trust quickly with retailers and distributors
- Organized and self-directed
- Comfortable with mobile CRMs, routing tools, and daily performance tracking
- Physically capable of lifting 40-lb cases, running active routes, and staying on your feet all day
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
