Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team as an individual contributor. This is a pure hunting role focused on acquiring new clients and driving growth for our Practice Management solutions.

Requirements

• Proven track record in direct SaaS sales within the GCC region.
• Experience in management or workflow solutions is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using AI-based sales tools such as Lusha, Gong, Gamma, ChatGPT, etc., along with a general understanding of LLMs.
• Strong communication skills: proficiency in English & Arabic is required and French is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
