We are seeking a New Business Account Executive to generate revenue from net new logo accounts and be the face of EZRA in the UK market. The role will involve managing a geographical territory of enterprise accounts, self-sourcing and partnering with lead generation to qualify inbound and outbound leads, and leading all sales efforts from qualification to contracting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience managing a new territory
- Excellent at self-sourced lead generation
- Experience establishing communication leading to successful engagements with prospects
- Proven, repeatable, flexible sales processes
- Relevant experience in the HR consulting / leadership and L&D space is a strong plus
- Familiarity with relevant systems, e.g. Salesforce, Sales Navigator
- Compelling presentation / storytelling skills
- Excellence in networking, partnering, and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Strong opportunity qualification skills
- Strategic, creative, and commercially minded
