8-12 years of HR experience, 3-4 years of experience managing HR professionals, ability to work onsite at a 24/7 manufacturing facility
Process Control Technician
Associate degree in quality, mathematics, or engineering required, 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, proficient in Microsoft Office and Minitab or SPC software
Industrial Electrician
5+ years of industrial experience or a skilled trades Electrician Journeyman Card, with a focus on safe work environments and effective trouble shooting
Electrical Engineer II
BSEE or BSET degree required, minimum 3 years of design and field experience, and strong CAD skills
Machine Repairman
High school diploma, skilled trades Journeyman card (preferred), and ability to lift 50 lbs
Millwright
3-5 years of experience, high school graduate, ability to lift 50 lbs
Master Tradesman
6+ years of experience in a maintenance position, Journeyman card in a maintenance discipline, high school diploma or GED required
Furnace Tender
High school diploma, pass mechanical aptitude test, 12-hour shift work, and ability to lift 55 lbs
