Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and demonstrated experience with relay protection and coordination

High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and completion of company requirements

High school diploma, 2+ years customer service experience, professional telephone manner, and understanding of privacy and confidentiality

2+ years of customer service experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and interpersonal skills

8+ years' experience in regulatory or adjacent function, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related area, and advanced understanding of revenue requirement and cost recovery programs

BS/BA in a quantitative discipline, 5+ years' work experience in the natural gas or electric industries, understanding of natural gas infrastructure

5-10 years of experience in utility billing, rate implementation or SAP configuration management. Prior experience managing billing configuration or master data governance within SAP or similar enterprise systems is required

Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience, strong familiarity with Microsoft Office

Experience in plumbing, water treatment, and/or water distribution required. Valid Arkansas Driver’s License and certification as a Water Operator preferred
