Job Description
The Licorne Society has been commissioned by a rapidly growing startup to find a Customer Success Manager. The company is the French leader in digital transformation of retail communication, and the role involves managing customer satisfaction and adoption of solutions for major clients.
Requirements
- Higher education degree (Bac +3/5) in a business school or engineering school
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in the SaaS universe, retail, or consulting
- Mastering the life cycle of requests (qualification, cost estimation) and expert use of JIRA for operational follow-up
- Ability to manage complex accounts, animate governance instances, and ensure solution adoption
- Expertise in applying tariff conditions, obtaining budgets, and administrative follow-up of billing
- English: B1 minimum
