As a Customer Operations Representative, you will support Wholesale and B2B customers, establish excellence in customer service and operational processes, and participate in local and global projects to optimize operational processes.
Requirements
- Active participation in an international team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Central order management, including order capture and deadline monitoring
- Ensuring logistics coordination and close coordination with logistics and warehousing
- Supporting regional sales teams in developing the Swiss market
- Interface function to finance, marketing, and product management departments
- Analyzing product availability and proactive communication of changes
- Handling the aftersales area, including returns and claims management
- Strong customer orientation
- Safe handling of office software and ideally experience with ERP systems
- Negotiation-proof German and very good English skills
- Any additional language, Italian or French, is an advantage
