Bilingual Outbound Call Center Representative

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Outbound Call Center Representative to work from home in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong phone presence, exceptional consultative communication skills, and a desire to work in a goal-oriented call center environment. As a Remote Outbound Representative, you will use a compassionate approach to educate patients about the importance of preventive health screenings, place outbound calls, and assist with any barriers preventing patients from returning their kits.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced outbound call center environment
• Strong phone presence with exceptional consultative communication skills
• Proven job stability (no job-hopping)
• Competitive mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals
• High School Diploma or GED required (some college preferred)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
