HR Business Partner

Provide support and guidance to HR team members, develop and implement HR programs, and provide HR expertise to management teams.

Requirements

• Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence.
• Support line managers in new employee orientation, employment legislation, and HR systems.
• Participate in working with senior HR team members on HR initiatives and change management efforts.
• Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
• Support line managers in recruitment and selection process.
• Operate as first point of contact for HR-related queries.
