Case Manager

LifeMoves is a nonprofit organization that provides housing and services for individuals experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The Case Manager will work at the Navigation Center in Redwood City, providing case management services, life skills support, and resource connections to clients. The role requires a commitment to trauma-informed and harm-reduction practices, with a focus on building trust and respect with clients. The Case Manager will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, coordinated care to clients.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure while applying de-escalation techniques effectively
• Communicates clearly, professionally, and respectfully in both written and verbal interactions
