Job Description
LifeMoves is the largest and most effective provider of housing and services for neighbors experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The Case Manager reports to the site Program Director and provides case management, supports daily site operations, maintains a safe and welcoming environment, monitors the site, responds to client needs, and supports client check-ins, group activities, and overall site coordination.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure while applying de-escalation techniques effectively
