Job Description
LifeMoves is a non-profit organization that provides housing and services for people experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The Case Manager role supports clients in finding stable housing and achieving self-sufficiency through case management, life skills support, and resource connections.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in related field (or High School Diploma/GED with 2-5 years of equivalent experience)
- Comfortable using basic technology, including phone and messaging systems, email, Microsoft and Google Suites, and databases
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and respect for all individuals
- Ability to connect clients to housing, employment, health, and social services by leveraging community resources effectively
