LifeMoves is a nonprofit organization providing housing and services for neighbors experiencing homelessness in Silicon Valley. The Homeless Outreach Team Case Manager will conduct outreach to unsheltered individuals, provide intensive case management, and help clients access housing, healthcare, and other vital resources.

- Manages multiple tasks efficiently, showing initiative and attention to detail.
- Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and database systems for case management and reporting.
- Actively advocates for client access to benefits, services, and fair treatment.
