Job Description
LifeMoves is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to support the Eleven Eleven program site in San Carlos. The coordinator will play a key role in keeping the site safe, welcoming, and running smoothly, while providing holistic services to clients and supporting volunteers and community visitors.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2-3 years of consistent equivalent experience in a related field
- Demonstrates care, respect, and empathy when working with people from all backgrounds
- Manages stress and emotions professionally
- Open to feedback and motivated to learn and grow
- Works effectively independently and collaboratively within a team
- Maintains clear, unbiased, and professional documentation and communication
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in using technology such as phones, messaging systems, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases
