The Sales Operations Program Manager is responsible for delivering actionable insights and operational support to the sales organization. This role combines data analytics, market intelligence, and reporting expertise to drive informed decision-making and optimize sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business or related degree.
- Three (3) years' experience in sales operations or sales enablement or related role
- Preferred: Five (5) years in Sales operations or sales enablement or related role
- One (1) year of medical device experience or other healthcare environment
