Job Description
Shift Supervisor position at Lifeworks, a nonprofit organization providing clinical services for individuals with autism. The Shift Supervisor will oversee direct care staff, maintain client safety, and implement programming and services in supported living homes. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, case management, and interdepartmental collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Ohio Licensed Teacher is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and child and adolescent development
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
