Summer Autism & Mental Health Technician (Supported Living)

Lifeworks is hiring a Summer Autism & Mental Health Technician to work in homes, vocational settings, and communities to positively impact adults with Autism. The role involves providing support and training, promoting independence, and respecting individuals' choices and rights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education or related field preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Must be at least 20 years old in order to apply
• Sensitivity in relating to persons of varying backgrounds and ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment
• Experience working with individuals with ASD adults and their families preferred
• Experience in the realm of vocational training preferred
