As an Account Director, you'll manage key customer relationships and deliver outstanding client service to mid to senior level POCs. This role goes beyond day-to-day account management and requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong commercial sense.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and 7-10+ years of work experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of account management or enterprise sales experience - preferably in ad tech, mobile marketing, gaming, e-commerce, or digital consulting.
- Proven track record of managing a revenue quota and delivering against performance goals.
- Organization and project management skills, strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.
- Creative solution-seeking skills
- Leadcross-team collaboration and project management to meet clients' requests and drive revenue impact.
- Comprehensive understanding of the mobile app and/or digital media ecosystem
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, extracting insights, and building client-facing narratives. Experience with enterprise level tools such as Tableau, Looker, Salesforce are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – able to craft and deliver compelling executive briefings and account reviews.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness for quarterly business travel as required - both domestically within China and internationally.
- Business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese in order to service the Greater China Region customers and business proficiency in English for internal cross-functional collaboration.
