Program Staff - Swing Shift

The Program Staff - Swing Shift role at Lighthouse Mission Ministries involves maintaining a safe environment for emergency shelter guests, responding to emergencies, offering emotional and spiritual support, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, enjoy working in a team environment, and be willing to participate in the ministry's mission.

Requirements

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation regarding daily shelter events, incident reports, and mandatory reporting.
• Oversee proper handling of guest communication, including phone messages.
• Monitor all safety and fire hazards, as well as guest activity.
• Fulfill the guests' requests for articles of clothing, hygiene supplies, and etc.
• Maintain a positive, pleasant, and professional attitude.
