Team Lead

The Extruder Team Lead assists in coordinating activities within the Extruding Department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of manual electrodes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience sufficient to demonstrate full knowledge of extruding department processes, equipment, and production methods.
• Ability to read, write, and perform general math to maintain production records.
• Ability to understand and interpret manufacturing specifications and procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with minimal supervision required.
• Knowledge of extruding production processes, machine capabilities, and workflow.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Safety- and quality-focused, self-motivated work approach.
