Team Lead

The Extruder Team Lead assists in coordinating activities within the Extruding Department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of manual electrodes. This role supports production schedules through effective changeovers, equipment setup, troubleshooting, and coordination with cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience sufficient to demonstrate full knowledge of extruding department processes, equipment, and production methods
• SAP (for EHS procedures, specifications, and reference documentation)
• Ability to read, write, and perform general math to maintain production records
• Ability to understand and interpret manufacturing specifications and procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude with minimal supervision required
• Knowledge of extruding production processes, machine capabilities, and workflow
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Safety- and quality-focused, self-motivated work approach
