Team Lead

Lincoln Electric is a high-performance industrial machinery and technology leader. The Boxer Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating the Boxing Area and all phases of manual electrode packaging.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to read, write, and perform general math for production records
• Ability to understand and interpret specifications, procedures, and work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude with minimal supervision required
• Knowledge of extruding department processes, equipment capabilities, and production methods
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Safety and quality focused, self-motivated work approach
