We are seeking an Actuary to lead strategic initiatives that support the enterprise’s foundational capital goals. The role involves deep collaboration across Valuation, M&A, Investments, Reinsurance, and other key areas to assess and optimize the Life in-force block.
Requirements
- 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) (Minimum Required)
- 7+ years of actuarial experience with actuarial credentials (FSA or ASA with additional years of experience)
- Experience in reviewing and assessing the appropriateness of complex models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Substantial life product (UL/VUL/IUL/Term) knowledge and general insurance business knowledge
- Strong understanding of regulatory and accounting frameworks (Stat/GAAP/Tax/RBC)
- Proven ability to communicate complex actuarial concepts to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
