Job Description
Actuary, Life Valuation role at Lincoln Financial to support life product statutory valuation process, redesign tools and processes, and lead special projects. Responsible for maintaining knowledge on current and emerging developments, collaborating with management, and introducing innovation and improvements.
Requirements
- 4 Year/Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) (Minimum Required)
- 5-7+ years of actuarial experience with actuarial credentials (FSA or ASA with additional years of experience)
- Substantial life product knowledge and general insurance business knowledge
- Strong understanding of regulatory/accounting/capital frameworks, particularly pre-PBR US statutory valuation
- Understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and financial projections
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
