Requirements
- 4+ years of practical experience in technical support role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven expertise in triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues
- Mastery of SQL, logging tools, APIs, and SSO configuration
- Expertise in Zendesk and Jira
