
Job description
The Lead Process Engineer provides technical leadership and innovative solutions for the design, development, optimization, and operation of assigned assets and supporting processes. This position is responsible for ensuring safety and operational performance standards are met, leading programs that sustain asset reliability, and driving continuous improvement.
In this role, you will drive implementation of process standards and programs to sustain asset performance and enable continuous improvement. You will also lead root cause analysis of breakdowns, drive execution of maintenance plans, and work with digital and DTS teams to drive use of digital tools.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science or related discipline, and a minimum of 3 years industrial experience in a variety of technical or operational assignments in a high-speed consumer product manufacturing and/or staff environment.
