Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies, Kleenex, and Kimberly-Clark Professional. As a Lead Process Engineer, you'll help deliver better care for billions of people around the world. You'll provide process engineering leadership, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, and partner cross-functionally with product, materials, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and equipment suppliers.
Provide process engineering leadership, lead and support structured problem-solving initiatives, own technical improvement efforts, serve as the primary process engineering contact, and partner cross-functionally with various teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline, 3+ years of engineering experience, strong technical expertise, communication, and problem-solving ability, and analytical skills to collect and assess data.
